Jenai is a globally respected UK and EU data protection law expert with extensive experience advising organisations on global privacy requirements, negotiating multi-national data transfer agreements, handling breach investigations, undertaking data protection audits, and providing data protection training.
Jenai also has significant experience advising organisations on GDPR data privacy compliance matters having successful set-up and embedded global privacy programmes for start-ups and global organisations.
Jenai is a member of the IAPP and holds the CIPP/E and CIPM certification. She also holds the PDP Practitioners Certificate in Data Protection and the ICA Certificate in Compliance. IAPP and holds the CIPP/E certification.
