Over the course of six months, our privacy mentors will work one on one with you to cover essential areas that will transform your role and boost your confidence. Here’s a sneak peek into what you’ll receive:

- Stakeholder management skills: Learn how to communicate with senior leadership, data governance, data science, IT, HR and legal teams and other departments to align everyone on privacy priorities.
- Setting up your privacy function for success: Ensure your privacy and AI framework is comprehensive and practical, paving the way for a robust and sustainable privacy programme.
- Using data protection champions: Find and empower key team members who can help advocate for data protection across your organisation.

After completing the initial six month programme, you won’t be left to navigate your journey alone. Our keep-in-touch mentoring calls are designed to ensure you continue developing, troubleshoot any challenges, and refine your strategies as your role evolves.
Our mentorship isn’t just about ticking boxes. It’s about empowering you to take ownership of data protection within your organisation and develop into a leader who drives change, instills confidence, and creates a lasting privacy culture.
- Who should attend: Those with existing experience with data protection responsibilities, people who are new to the DPO role or existing DPOs who want to build on their skills and data protection managers.
- Duration: 12 months: One day’s mentoring a month for the first six months, with six additional one-hour mentoring calls for the last 6 months.
