Join us on our mission to demystify data protection

HelloDPO offers a comprehensive range of data privacy legal and advisory services to organisations all over the world, and we’re on a strong growth trajectory and always on the lookout for great people to join us.

We are here to demystify data protection, making our data-driven world a more equitable place to live, work and thrive.

We have earned a reputation for being a great place to work, caring passionately about personaldevelopment; we’re here to help you achieve your best work. And we promise it will be a lot of funalong the way.

Why work for HelloDPO?

1. We Prioritise Workplace Culture: Here at HelloDPO, we’re defying traditional law and compliance firm cultures. Being female-led, we’re prioritising a positive, collaborative, fun and creative environment that empowers work-life balance and we strongly believe that kindness is non-negotiable.

2. Remote-First: We’re truly remote-first and work hard to prioritise remote collaboration in addition to team in-person meet-ups.When we say remote-first, we really mean it, no guilt-tripping to be in the office. Whilst there may naturally be occasions for in-person client pitches and team sessions these will be limited with your primary working location being your home address where we’ll provide you with the equipment you need to be set up for success. Our culture is thriving in this remote setting; we’ve really made this a top priority to get this right.

3. Creative Workspace: We also know that some people thrive and prefer to work in an office environment, and being as inclusive as we are, we’ve also got you covered! We have an office in a creative shared workspace in Soho, where complimentary drinks and breakfast are provided, together with collaborative breakout areas and social events too!

4. Benefits: We’re proud to offer healthcare benefits, team social events, pet-friendly offices, true flexible working in addition to a remote-first culture; and we believe our forward-thinking policies are why we attract the smartest minds in data protection and ensure low staff turnover in our industry. Our team are based all over the country, so if you’ve recently moved out of a big city but are still looking for a brilliant company to join, we’d be thrilled if you’d consider HelloDPO.

5. World-Class Mentorship: Looking for true mentorship from two of the most experienced data lawyers in the world? We pride ourselves on best-in-class staff development and spend time developing our team.

6. Join The Rocket Ship: We’re on a strong growth trajectory, so not only will there be a huge learning opportunity in data protection, you will also be at the forefront of a rapidly expanding industry should you join HelloDPO, and the ability to be involved in shaping the future of the company and making your mark on the industry early on. We’re looking for tenacious, collaborative, optimistic, pragmatic and inquisitive people to join us on our journey.
