On 13 March 2025, the EDPB adopted a co-operation procedure for the approval of Controller/Processor BCRs. It is an updated version of the earlier WP29 procedure and gives guidance on how the Lead Supervisory Authority will be identified and the process which will be followed when the BCR are reviewed and approved.
