On 5 March 2025 the EDPB launched a co-ordinated enforcement action in relation to the right of erasure.
Data Supervisory Authorities across Europe will be contacting organisations to commence formal investigations and fact finding missions in relation to how the right is being handled.
Hopefully this might yield some useful information for dealing with this right where AI is involved, but the results will not be available until early next year.
