One to One DPO Mentoring

We're on a mission to demystify Data Protection

The first 6 months of your DPO mentoring will be based on 6 full days provided over six consecutive months, covering the following topics:

• Overview of the role of the DPO and your internal brand
• Stakeholder management
• Setting up your privacy function for success
• Using data protection champions
• A review of your Accountability Framework
• Horizon scanning for emerging privacy laws
• Raising awareness of privacy within your organisation
• Implementing effective oversight and monitoring
• Setting up and producing board reports

We don’t leave you there! After you have completed the 6 DPO mentoring days we are on hand once a month with a dedicated one to one coaching call to help continue to develop your career in data protection. Once a month you will have an hour’s call with your privacy specialist to discuss your progress.

Duration: 12 months: 1 day’s mentoring a month for the first 6 months, with 6 additional one-hour mentoring calls for the last 6 months.
