The ICO has finalised its data protection complaints guidance ahead of the new Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 complaints handling requirements which will be in force from 19 June 2026. The guidance covers:
- How to prepare for complaints
- What to do when you receive a complaint
- What to do when you have completed your investigation
- How the ICO handles complaints
