Top tip – time to check your cookie compliance

The ICO has reiterated its position in relation to organisations who do not allow individuals to reject all cookies on their cookie banners. At the recent ICO Data Protection Practitioners’ Conference they advised that cookies are high up on their agenda and we will start to see enforcement action soon. This is a good time to check your banners and implement compliant mechanisms if they need to be improved!
