On 28 February 2024 the EDPB launched its coordinated enforcement framework action for 2024. This year the action will focus on the right of access, as it is one of the most frequently exercised data protection rights and one which is the subject of many complaints.
These coordinated enforcements have, in the past, provided useful information on how organisations are complying with GDPR and have identified where common problems occur. We will report on the findings later in the year.
