EU General Court rules against halting enforcement of DPF

The EU General Court has ruled against an application by a French MEP aimed at halting the implementation of the EU/US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), finding that the applicant had not shown that the DPF will cause individual or collective harm.

The first challenge has been launched, although it is unlikely to be the only one.
